Who are Luxury Tiles UK?

Luxury Tiles UK Limited is a London-based online tile retailer, trading since 2015. We specialise in mosaic tiles, bathroom tiles and metro tiles, with more than 700 mosaic designs in stock. Many of our bespoke mosaics are made for us in Germany, Italy and the UK, and we hold stock in UK warehouses for fast dispatch.

We supply homeowners, interior designers, builders and tilers across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Where can I buy mother of pearl mosaic tiles in the UK?

Our mother of pearl mosaics range covers fish scale, hexagon, brickbond and penny round sheets in white, black and natural shell tones. Real shell gives every sheet a soft shimmer, which suits bathroom feature walls, vanity splashbacks, spas and dressing rooms.

Do you sell gold, glass and marble mosaic tiles?

Yes. These three ranges make up a large part of our mosaic collection:

• Gold mosaics: 70+ designs for statement walls, spas and luxury bathrooms.
• Glass mosaics: 240+ designs, moisture-resistant and easy to wipe clean.
• Marble mosaics: 100+ designs in genuine stone, mesh-mounted in hexagon, herringbone and brickbond layouts.

Natural marble is porous, so seal the mosaic at installation and reseal as the sealer maker advises.

Where can I buy swimming pool tiles in the UK?

Our swimming pool tiles collection holds close to 100 mosaic designs for pool shells, waterlines, surrounds, spas and hot tubs. Choose from classic pool blues, turquoise, white and mixed blends, plus anti-slip options for steps and pool edges.

Small-format mosaics follow the curves of a pool shell and give a seamless finish. Send us your pool size and we will work out sheet quantities and send samples before you order. Pool mosaics ship at no extra charge across the UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Which tiles suit a shower or wet room floor?

Our anti-slip mosaics give a textured, grip-friendly surface for shower trays and wet room floors. The small format also follows floor falls toward the drain. For larger floors, browse our anti-slip floor tiles.

Where can I buy metro tiles for kitchens and bathrooms?

Our metro tiles range has more than 100 designs, from classic white gloss to deep blue and green. Shop the metro and subway edit for bevelled brick shapes, or glass tiles for a reflective metro look. Lay them straight, in herringbone or in a vertical stack for a splashback, shower wall or feature wall.

Do self-adhesive mosaic tiles work?

Yes, on the right surface. Our self-adhesive mosaic tiles peel and stick onto smooth, clean, non-porous walls, including existing tiles and painted plaster. They resist heat and moisture, so they suit kitchen splashbacks and bathroom walls. No adhesive, grout or specialist tools needed, which makes them a fast DIY upgrade.

Are your tiles in stock?

Around 90% of our range sits in UK stock, ready for dispatch. A small number of special lines are made to order or on backorder. Call or email us and we will confirm stock and lead time before you order.

Can I use the same tiles on walls and floors?

Most floor tiles suit walls too. Wall tiles are not built for foot traffic, so do not lay them on floors. Each product page lists where the tile suits.

How accurate are the colours on your website?

Screens show colour differently, and natural stone varies from batch to batch in tone, veining and shading. Order a sample to see the true colour and finish in your own light before you buy.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. We are a London-based online retailer with multiple locations across the UK, plus a bespoke warehouse in Germany. Our main UK warehouse and showroom share one site in Watford. Showroom visits are by appointment only. Call 0207 411 9038 to book a time and we will have your chosen ranges ready.

Can I collect my order?

Mosaic tiles are available to collect from our Wimbledon, London office. Call 0207 411 9038 before you travel and we will book a collection time.

Heavier tiles, such as porcelain floor and wall tiles, are delivery only. We send them by courier or pallet straight to your door.

Can I order samples?

Yes. Many samples are free, with a small tracked delivery charge. Samples go out next working day with tracking, and we refund the sample delivery charge in full when you go on to place an order.

For some ranges we send a full tile or a full mosaic sheet, so you see the whole design and pattern. A charge applies to some of these larger samples, since a full tile or sheet costs more to supply and post than a cut piece. To request a sample, email sample@luxurytiles.co.uk with the product names.

Which brands do you stock?

Alongside our own Luxury Tiles collection, we stock Original Style, Ca' Pietra, Fired Earth, Dune Ceramics, British Ceramic Tiles, Johnson Tiles, Ellsi and Mapei adhesives and grouts.

Do your prices include delivery?

Free UK delivery on orders over £299. Below £299, delivery is added at checkout:

We charge one price across the UK, with no extra charge for a preferred delivery date. Full terms sit in our shipping policy.

How are deliveries made?

Orders under 3m² travel by tracked courier. Larger orders arrive on a pallet, delivered to your door by a pallet network. You receive tracking details by email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you deliver to my area?

Yes, if you live in the UK. We deliver nationwide, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands. Extended postcodes may incur a higher delivery charge at checkout. Mosaics also ship to the Republic of Ireland and across Europe. For other tiles outside the UK, call 0207 411 9038 for a quote.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before midday, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day for 1 to 2 working day delivery. Orders placed after hours, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Samples follow separately and go out the next working day with tracking.

Do you charge extra to deliver mosaic tiles to Northern Ireland or Ireland?

No. Mosaic tiles ship at the standard rate to every UK postcode, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland included. No surcharge applies.

Do extended postcodes cost more for other tiles?

Extended postcodes may incur a higher delivery charge at checkout. This applies to floor and wall tiles outside our mosaic range. Extended postcodes include:

• Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
• Scottish Highlands and islands
• Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands

Can I ask for my goods to be delivered on a specific date?

Yes, free of charge. Add your preferred date in the order notes at checkout and we book delivery for that day.

Can I ask for my goods to be delivered at a specific time?

We cannot book a timed slot, since couriers and pallet networks plan their own routes. Pallets tend to arrive in the morning. For an update on the day, call 0207 411 9038.

Can Saturday deliveries be arranged?

Yes, on request. Add Saturday delivery to your order notes at checkout. Saturday slots depend on the courier, so we cannot guarantee them.

Will I have to be at home when the delivery takes place?

No. Leave a note at checkout saying the goods need no signature, plus a safe place, and we pass this to the driver.

Should I book my tiler before my tiles arrive?

No. We strongly advise you do not book tradespeople until you receive your goods. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs from delivery delays or rescheduling charges. Check your tiles on arrival, then book your fitter.

Do you deliver to Europe?

Yes. Our mosaic range ships across Europe, EU countries included, in 2 to 3 working days with no extra delivery charge. For other tiles, call +44 207 411 9038 for a quote.

Can I get a discount if I buy in bulk or I am a tradesperson?

Yes. Builders, tilers, interior designers and developers qualify for trade pricing. Open a trade account, or call 0207 411 9038 or email info@luxurytiles.co.uk with your project list for a tailored quote.

Do you price match?

Yes. If another UK online tile retailer sells the identical product for less, call our sales team before you buy and we will match the price. The rival item must be new, undamaged and in stock, and the price must include VAT and delivery to your address. We need to verify the price. Auction, bankrupt stock and non-UK websites are excluded, as are sites unable to deliver to your address. We also guarantee the lowest delivery rate of any UK online tile retailer.

Do you provide tiling services?

Yes, in London and the surrounding areas. See our tiling services page or call us to arrange a quote. Tilers who want to join our network email info@luxurytiles.co.uk to register.

Can I return goods if I do not like them?

You may return goods within 7 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition and packaging as delivered. Contact us first for a returns number and our warehouse address. You arrange and pay for the return transport yourself, and a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Full terms sit in our refund policy.

Does the price include VAT?

Yes. Every price on our website includes 20% VAT. The price you see is the price you pay for the tiles, with delivery shown separately at checkout.

Are you VAT registered?

Yes. Luxury Tiles UK Limited is VAT registered, VAT number 348868930. Every price on our website includes 20% VAT, and your order confirmation email shows the VAT paid.

How can I pay for my goods?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, plus BACS bank transfer. Klarna lets you spread the cost of your order.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?
